Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you and remove your address from active sending lists. You can also email us any time to be removed.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Our email provider may record standard engagement metrics such as whether an email was opened, which help us improve the newsletter.
